Harold Gross


Harold Gross started Market Research Answers (MRA) in 2009 with the goal of providing clients with superior B2B qualitative and quantitative market research services. Since then, MRA has completed dozens of studies across a broad range of industries for Fortune 500 companies and small- to medium-sized enterprises to help them better understand the needs of their business customers.


His experience prior to MRA includes the Dallas Marketing Group, roles in finance, marketing and operations planning with American Airlines, and research positions at the University of North Texas, Southern Methodist University and the John Gray Institute.


He is a member of the DFW Association for Business Economics, as well as the National Association for Business Economics. He also serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). He has a PhD in political economy from UTD.
